CAD Architects: Looking Back...The Edge, Polzeath

As autumn has now quite clearly arrived we thought we would look back at a project that reminds us of the summer time.

The Edge, a project led by Peter Bayly, is a large four bedroom, three bathroom property with reversed-level accommodation. The position and the design of the property means that there are breath taking views from all the main living areas on the upper level (kitchen, lounge, dining room) plus stunning views are also available from three of the four bedrooms on the lower level.

Peter says “With its elevated position, just minutes from the beach, this really was a super project to be involved with. We wanted to create a modern open plan living space that made the most of the beautiful surrounding views”.

The open plan design gives the property an incredibly spacious feel that is perfect for family living but with a snug and garden room incorporated in to the design there is always the opportunity to break away for a quiet five minutes.

The views are certainly enhanced during the summer but at the end of the day, if we were able to look out over the beach at Polzeath every morning over breakfast, we wouldn’t mind a bit of wind and rain – would we!

The Edge at Polzeath is available for holiday letting all year round via www.perfectstays.co.uk
